Sweet dreams are made of this. Our Pastry Academy takes bakers in the making and turns them into dessert daredevils rolling, whisking, and piping their way to perfection. From flaky croissants to show stopping patisserie, we give them the skills and the confidence to create bakes that have customers coming back for “just one more.”

Leadership Academy

Leaders aren’t born, they’re developed, and our Leadership Academy is where it happens.
