Celebrating the Success of Our Management Development Programme Graduates
BaxterStorey Ireland recently celebrated the graduation of our Management Development Programme (MDP), recognising the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our latest group of graduates.
The MDP is a cornerstone of our approach to learning and development, designed to give our people the tools, confidence, and knowledge to grow both personally and professionally. The programme focuses on developing leadership capability, operational excellence, and a deeper understanding of the business — ensuring our people are set up for long-term success.
This year’s graduates also achieved a formal accreditation through Restaurant & Hospitality Skillnet, a fantastic recognition of their commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. The programme was led by our Learning and Development Manager, Amy Fuller, who guided the participants throughout their development journey.
As part of the programme, participants completed three key projects that had a real impact across the business:
- Kitchen culture, led by Louise O’Riordan, HR Manager
- Food waste and sustainability initiatives, led by Philip Rowdan, Operations Manager
- Communications and marketing, led by Cliodhna Keegan, Marketing Manager
Gráinne Kennedy, Head of People at BaxterStorey Ireland, said:
“The Management Development Programme plays a vital role in developing our people and strengthening the future of our business. It’s inspiring to see the dedication and progress of this group, and to celebrate their well-earned accreditation through Restaurant & Hospitality Skillnet. We’re incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved and the contribution they continue to make across the business.”
At BaxterStorey, learning and development are at the heart of what we do. Through programmes like the MDP, our Chef Academy, and a range of internal learning pathways, we continue to invest in our people — empowering them to learn, grow, and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and customers.
Congratulations once again to all our graduates on this outstanding achievement!
