On October 10th, to mark World Mental Health Day, we partnered with our charity partner Mental Health Ireland to host a special ‘Food and Mood’ webinar, exploring the powerful connection between what we eat and how we feel.

Our nutritionist Eadaoin Russell shared expert insights on the importance of hydration, highlighting how staying hydrated supports both physical health and mental clarity. You can watch her full video here: Eadaoin on Hydration

Chef Gar brought his creativity to the kitchen with a wholesome take on a simple classic – beans on toast. His recipe encouraged everyone to enjoy the sensory experience of cooking: the smell, sound, and comfort of homemade food. Using everyday ingredients, Gar reminded us that food doesn’t have to be complicated to be nourishing. Watch Gar’s video here: Gar’s Beans on Toast

Louise also shared practical mental health tips — from taking moments to unplug, to spending time in nature — simple yet powerful ways to look after your wellbeing.

We’re proud to continue our partnership with Mental Health Ireland, working together to raise awareness, break stigma, and encourage open conversations around mental health across our teams and communities.
